The Team Yoichi Shimosato: The core team members consist of the staff who developed the last title, Shining Force Neo.
I believe this became the title's most original element. Then, the notion that everyone would protect it developed into the current form. For EXA, we started with a concept that we wanted to create such a base, where fellow team members can gather, and this idea developed into the Geo Fortress.
The Shining Force series originally had a headquarters, and it has served as something like a base that all characters gather in.
